HARMONY DAY FOLK DANCES

Happy Harmony Day to all of our WAOSA Members!

We hope you are enjoying celebrating Harmony Day with some amazing music from all around the world.

This year, as a tribute to honouring the beauty of the Eastern European cultures that we are all thinking of at this time, here is a small collection of folk dances from the Ukraine, Poland, Hungary and Croatia.

These countries offer a very rich culture of song and dance that is sometimes rarely taught in Australia. So perhaps take a moment, this year, to listen to an Eastern European tune and learn some folk dance steps to help honour their cultures and celebrate Harmony Day in it’s truest sense. We all belong together!
